As a creative, it can feel difficult to pinpoint what kind of work will really feed your soul. You might have so many different desires and interests that you have a hard time choosing what to do next. Then you just freeze, you’re paralyzed with fear and the overthinking is depleting your life force energy.
That’s why I’ve created a fun and investigative Career Values and Motivations Guide. This guide helps you get clear on what you deeply desire and value most in your career. It will help you understand what to prioritize so that you can live in alignment with your authentic truth and ultimately find more fulfillment in your work life.
CONNECT with PURPOSE MEDITATION
Get comfy, close your eyes, and listen to the mediation to connect you with your purpose. Here are some journaling prompts to reflect on the meditation:
- What did you write in the golden book with the golden pen?
- What does the world need from you now? Clarify your mission.
- What blessings for yourself and everyone else do you intend to bring about next in your life?
- What does it mean for you to be “the instigator” or the one who starts the process; the one who leads and shines?
- What makes you feel happy?
- What are some ways you can surrender your desires, lean into what is joyful and welcome “all of this or something even better”?
- What do you need to let go of to become this new version of yourself, this golden version of yourself?
- What small actions steps can you take NOW to align with this golden version of yourself?
