WMN CIRCLE - TRANSMUTATION

Recently on Conscious City Guide I found a workshop to gratify my inner craving for community and connection. It was a day-long celebration put on by WMN Space in partnership with Live the Process, Sakara Life and MoonJuice. It started at 11 a.m. with social time, snacks and introductions, followed by a talk given by Robyn Berkley, founder of Live the Process. The experience continued with a catered lunch and finished around 3 p.m. after our 2 hour WMN Circle with mediation, discussion and journaling all guided by founder Paula Mallis.

The topic for the WMN Circle was TRANSMUTATION. I wanted to share the questions along with my answers to inspire you to reflect your own process of transmutation. I encourage you to read through the questions and write your own answers, thoughts, blocks, action steps and intentions. Call upon your own inner magic to clarify what you are seeking and set out to make it a reality.

TRANSMUTATION

Transmuting the Murky Waters of the Subconscious into Healing Waters of Consciousness

(Your subconscious is a map to shift consciousness) Identify it, feel it, re-frame it (see yourself doing it differently), take action to experience it differently

“Become an Alchemist. Transmute base metal into gold, suffering into consciousness, disaster into enlightenment.” Eckhart Tolle

TRANSMUTE \ verb \ To change or alter in form, appearance, or nature and especially to a higher form

Q. What are you called to transmute?

A. Separateness. I feel called to transmute the feelings of being different and undeserving of love into a real relationship with a conscious loving male partner.

Q. What blocks, negative thought patterns and/or story is currently running in your subconscious?

A. I’m different/undeserving. I don’t want to get hurt or be abandoned. I don’t want to be betrayed once I let my guard down. That I have to focus on one thing at a time and I can’t have both or all in regards to a career and relationship.

Q. Are you willing to let go of these negative patterns and story? If so, what awareness comes forward in support of a new way of being?

A. Take responsibility and see that it doesn’t have to be one way or the other. That we all are human and we all make mistakes. That the mistakes are part of our journey and our healing process. That I don’t need to be so black and white and will try to surrender into the grey area more often. (so ironic -  I was dressed in all grey that day!)
Someone shared: “Gentleness in the in-between” I like that

Q. What specific action steps are you going to take to “transmute the murky waters into healing waters”? (commit to at least one and no more than three action steps)

A. Embrace my divine feminine more often. At least once a week connect with like-minded in a safe social space and share more of my feminine, loving, nurturing, emotional side. Shine through to attract a magnetic partner.
Someone else shared: Just go if you feel called to. No story, just show up, just be. You don’t have to be on all the time, just be.

INTENTIONS

May my intentions align with my Authentic Self and manifest for the highest good of all concerned

I am gracefully calling forward… (write about 10 intentions or less)

-          feeling connected/seeing beauty, authenticity, respect, compassion and connecting with that

-          commitment to my morning ritual and getting to bed by 10 p.m.

-          feeling my emotions more often and sharing my feelings with people I trust

-          showing up once a week to “just be” in a like-minded safe social space

-          surrendering to the grey area more often

-          acknowledging that I can have both or all and not just one or the other

-          that its okay to not have all the answers but to keep going and just take purposeful action with what feels right for me at that moment and allow my intuition to lead with less fear
